Return Policy

Items are eligible for return for 14 days following the date of purchase. After 14 days have passed, we are sorry, but we cannot offer a return, refund or exchange. 

Eligibility for a return requires that your item remains unused and in the same pristine condition as when received, including its original packaging.

Please note, gift cards are not eligible for returns. Electrical items (pumps, spa packs, etc.) cannot be returned if the seal on the packaging has been broken. All sales are final on clearance, discontinued or sale items.

Items may be exchanged, only if they are defective or damaged.

For a return, or exchange to be processed, a receipt or proof of purchase is necessary.


Upon receipt and inspection of your return, we will inform you via email or text about the status of your item. We will also communicate whether your refund has been approved or rejected. If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment. Please allow 3-5 business days for your credit card provider to process this refund.

If you have not received a refund after 3-5 business days, recheck your bank account. Then, contact your credit card company as it may take some time for your refund to be officially posted. Next, reach out to your bank as there is typically some processing time before a refund is posted. If after these steps your refund still has not appeared, please contact us at [email protected].


To return your product, mail it to: PO Box 1929, Warman, SK  S0K 4S0. You are responsible for covering your own shipping costs when returning your item. These costs are non-refundable, and any costs incurred on our end will be deducted from your refund.

Please remember, shipping takes time. The time it takes for your exchanged product to reach you may vary depending on your location.
